Azteca Tank Manufacturing requires all NDE and radiographic testing vendors to meet strict qualification standards in accordance with ASME code requirements. Submit your company information below for review by our Quality Control department.

To be considered as an approved NDE vendor for Azteca Tank Manufacturing, your company must meet the following requirements. Please review carefully before submitting.
Your company must have a current, up-to-date Written Practice for all NDE methods performed. The Written Practice must comply with the latest edition of SNT-TC-1A or CP-189 and be reviewed/updated within the last 12 months.
All radiographic and NDE procedures must be updated to meet current ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC) requirements, specifically ASME Section V — Nondestructive Examination. Procedures must reference the applicable code edition being used.
All NDE technicians must hold current certifications (Level II minimum for independent interpretation) per SNT-TC-1A, CP-189, or ASNT Central Certification Program (ACCP). Copies of certifications are required.
For radiographic testing companies: Must maintain a current radioactive materials license, radiation safety program, and provide proof of current dosimetry monitoring for all radiographers.
Must carry current general liability insurance and professional liability (errors & omissions) coverage. Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Azteca Tank Manufacturing, Inc. as additional insured is required.
All NDE equipment must have current calibration records. Radiographic equipment must meet applicable state and federal regulations. Calibration records must be available upon request.
