Perform ASME code welding on pressure vessels, tanks, and fabricated equipment. Must be certified or able to pass welding tests per ASME Section IX.

Assist welders with fit-up, grinding, material handling, and general shop support. Great entry point into the fabrication trade.

Manage and organize shop parts, materials, and supplies. Responsible for inventory tracking and ensuring welders and fitters have what they need.

Operate sandblasting equipment for surface preparation on tanks, vessels, and fabricated steel. Ensure proper surface profile for coating adhesion.

Apply primer, paint, and internal coatings to fabricated tanks and vessels. Experience with industrial spray equipment and coating systems preferred.

General yard maintenance, material movement, loading/unloading, and keeping the shop yard organized and safe.

Perform bolt-up and hydrostatic testing on pressure vessels and tanks. Ensure proper torque specs and leak-free testing per ASME code requirements.

Operate CNC and manual plasma cutting equipment to cut steel plate and shapes per fabrication drawings and specifications.

Operate plate rolling equipment to form steel plate into cylindrical shells for tanks and pressure vessels per shop drawings.

Perform electrical work on fabricated equipment, skid packages, and shop electrical systems. Industrial electrical experience required.

Administrative and office support positions. Assist with scheduling, documentation, purchasing, and general office operations.
